Project Overview
The Bronx Economic Development Corporation (BXEDC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to strengthening the Bronx economy and improving quality of life for its residents. In 2024, BXEDC was awarded a Community Project Funding (CPF) grant to support the transformation of three vacant lots at 1057 Carroll Place (Lots 22, 23, and 24) into a secure and vibrant outdoor community event space.
